Step 1: Inquiry & Requirements
Tell us what you need — product type, quantity, target market (for compliance requirements), timeline, and budget range. The more detail, the faster we can quote.
Estimated time: 1-2 days for initial quotation
Step 2: Design & Specification Confirmation
We work with you to finalize the mattress construction — foam density, spring type, fabric choice, stitching pattern, edge support, and fire retardancy standards.
Estimated time: 3-5 days
Step 3: Sample Development
We produce a sample mattress matching your exact specifications. Photos and videos shared. Samples can be shipped for your physical inspection.
Estimated time: 7-15 days for sample production + shipping
Step 4: Order Confirmation & Deposit
After sample approval, we finalize the commercial invoice, packing list, and production timeline. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
Estimated time: 1-2 days
Step 5: Mass Production & QC
Production begins after deposit. We provide regular updates with photos/videos. Third-party inspection available upon request.
Estimated time: 15-30 days (depending on order size)
Step 6: Shipping & After-Sales
We handle export documentation, customs clearance, and arrange shipping (FOB or CIF). After delivery, we remain available for any quality or after-sales issues.
